Pickup & Delivery Information

After confirmation of your orders, you may opt for self-pickup or delivery.

Self-pickup

Location for self-pickup is at our residence in Jln Tungku, Kg Katok (directions will be provided upon order confirmation). Self-pickup is available everyday between 10 am - 6 pm.

Delivery

🚚 FREE STANDARD DELIVERY for Brunei-Muara only! Delivery may take 8 - 12 days due to large amount of deliveries currently. ($2 delivery for outside Brunei-Muara).

🏎️ NEXT-DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY is available for Brunei-Muara/Tutong/Belait ($5 Fee) and Temburong ($8 Fee) depending on area & time of purchase. Note for Tutong/Belait/Temburong, no deliveries every Friday and Saturday.

Please note that for Free Standard Deliveries:
1. Only home address (no office address)
2. No changing delivery address
3. No fixed delivery dates
4. If runners call is not answered, delays maybe caused as parcel may be re-delivered on a later day
