Pickup & Delivery Information
After confirmation of your orders, you may opt for self-pickup or delivery.
Self-pickup
Location for self-pickup is at our residence in Kg Telanai (directions will be provided upon order confirmation). Self-pickup is available everyday between 9 am - 6 pm.
Delivery
We provide free delivery for all districts, for purchases ABOVE $20! Delivery may take between 3-7 days.
- Our runners will pickup every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning.
- Our runners will deliver your parcels within 1-5 working days of pickup.
Kindly note that while Kain Kitani and our runners will try our best to have your orders delivered to you as soon as possible, delays of deliveries may occur due to the volume of orders and weather restrictions. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused!
For urgent deliveries, next day express delivery is additional $5 available within Brunei-Muara district only. For outside Brunei-Muara district, we highly recommend you arrange your own runner.
